✦ 01 — Change of Mind

For qualifying online purchases, South African law may provide a 7-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Where this right applies, you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

The direct cost of returning the product may be for your account, as permitted by law.

Certain statutory exclusions may apply.

30-DAY RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for an eligible change-of-mind return, subject to the conditions below.

✓ Eligible Returns

For our voluntary 30-day return policy, products should:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition
  • Be returned with their original components and packaging where reasonably possible
  • Not have been damaged through misuse, negligence or improper handling
  • Be securely packaged for return

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

We will always respect your legal consumer rights.

✦ 03 — Received the Wrong Product?

Mistakes happen.

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product received
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

We'll review the matter and arrange the appropriate solution.

✦ 04 — Damaged During Delivery?

Please take photographs of the parcel and product and contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of:

The outer packaging → Shipping label → Internal packaging → Product

This helps us investigate the issue with our delivery partner and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

✦ 05 — Fresh Herb Keeper

Our Fresh Herb Keeper is designed to help keep herbs fresher for longer when used correctly.

However, the freshness and storage life of herbs can vary depending on the:

  • Type of herb
  • Freshness when purchased
  • Refrigerator temperature
  • Moisture levels
  • Storage conditions
  • Handling

For this reason, we do not guarantee a specific number of days of freshness.

This does not affect your legal rights if the product itself is defective or does not meet applicable legal requirements.

✦ 06 — Food & Hygiene

Because the Fresh Herb Keeper is intended for food-contact use, we cannot offer voluntary change-of-mind returns after the product has been used with food or herbs, except where a return or remedy is required by South African law.

Please ensure the product is suitable for your needs before using it.

Where a refund is applicable, we will generally return the funds using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Where South African law specifies a refund period, we will comply with that requirement.
