At IB Select, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.

We use Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries within South Africa.

🚚 Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within:

8–11 business days

Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Your order may arrive sooner, depending on your location and courier network.

📦 How Your Order Is Delivered

Once your order has been processed and handed to our courier partner, your parcel will be delivered using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Where tracking is available, we will provide your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Aramex provides tracking for Store-to-Door shipments.

⏳ Delivery Delays

While we work to have your order delivered within the estimated 8–11 business-day timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Courier network delays
  • Severe weather
  • Road closures or disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Regional or remote-area delivery schedules
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • High-volume periods
  • Events outside the reasonable control of IB Select

Aramex specifically notes that remote and regional areas may take longer than its standard delivery timeframe.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, communicate with the courier to help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

IB Select cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

🏡 Remote & Regional Areas

Some locations may require additional delivery time or additional courier charges.

Aramex identifies certain locations as regional or remote/outlying areas, and additional charges may sometimes apply.

If an additional delivery charge is required by the courier for your destination, we will communicate this to you where applicable.

📦 Delivery & Acceptance

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If your package appears damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Your statutory rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected.

We will always do our best to get your IB Select order to you as quickly and safely as reasonably possible.

Occasional courier delays can happen, but we won't simply ignore a delivery problem. We'll work with you and the courier to help get your order to you.
